Beachy is committed to maintaining the security and integrity of personal information. How to Report

To report a security incident or compliance concern, please contact Beachy’s security team at security@beachyapp.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including:

  • A description of the incident or concern
  • The date or timeframe when the issue was identified or occurred
  • The type of personal data or systems involved, if known
  • Any steps you have already taken in response
  • Your contact information, should we need to follow up with you

What Happens After You Report

Upon receipt of your report, Beachy’s Security Response Team will review and investigate the matter in a timely manner. We will take appropriate steps to contain, mitigate, and remediate any confirmed incident. Where required by applicable law, Beachy will notify affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities. Beachy does not tolerate retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith.
